A refund may be given in the circumstances that the product is a warehouse defect, warehouse damage, or a courier service error and or incident.

Please include your store receipt of purchase for proof, item description, issue/error/complaint, in addition to a reliable email, phone number, and day and time for a point of communication in regards to the matter. Please allow five working business days for a response in regards to your complaint and refund request.
